Filler Treatments

Filler treatments use hyaluronic acid or other substances to restore volume, smooth wrinkles, and enhance facial features. They provide immediate, natural-looking results with minimal downtime, making them a popular choice for a youthful, refreshed appearance.

Filler can be used in the cheek to add volume and lift, in the lips to enhance shape and fullness, and in the chin to improve contour and balance the facial profile.

How long do filler results last? The duration of results varies by filler type and treatment area but generally lasts between 6 to 18 months. Hyaluronic acid fillers often last about 6 to 12 months, while others may last longer.

Are there any side effects or risks? Common side effects include swelling, bruising, and redness at the injection site. Rare risks include allergic reactions, infection, or lump formation. At our Medi-spa we schedule follow- up appointments and our experts will closely monitor your treatment and address any concerns.

Can fillers be reversed if needed? Yes, hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved using an enzyme called hyaluronidase if there is an undesirable outcome. Other types of fillers may require different approaches for correction.

What is the recovery time after filler injections? Recovery is usually quick, with most people able to resume normal activities immediately. Minor swelling or bruising may occur but typically resolves within a few days.
